HAT TRICK CHANDIGARH- JOBS & INCOME, FINANCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND CONSUMPTION
“The quality of living in Indian cites such as Mumbai and Bangalore is increasing slowly but steadily, primarily due to India’s improved political relationships with other countries,” as told by a senior consultant of a big consulting firm. “Investment from multinationals setting up operations in India may prompt further improvements, boost economic growth and contribute to economic stability. In turn, this will encourage the local authorities to focus on improving quality of living standards.” That’s was on the international front.
What about the local front?
I am putting a question here to the local masses: “How many of you are aware that Chandigarh has topped the list in the economical network factor of the Indian market?”
The reason is simple; Chandigarh, the city beautiful has left no efforts wasted on the overall economical and social aspect of its people. With a boom in IT not only the economical growth has got a boost but also the factor of brain drain has markedly come down.
Chandigarh, the capital of two states of Punjab and Haryana, gets the top rank. It scored the highest on three counts: jobs and income, financial infrastructure and consumption. Isn’t that a hat trick?
Although Bangalore is a plethora of IT companies, but the attrition rate is so high that it is affecting the functioning of the companies.
I can conclude here, that Chandigarh is a virgin city for all the hot-blooded enthusiasts.
